I have my Tim Holtz paper all picked out and embellishments set aside. I am not feeling well today so I am holed up in my craft room so not to infect the rest of the family :cough cough:

Does Tim Holtz cardstock count as vintage or would Graphic 45 be more vintage? **Oops! I just re-read the first post and saw that group 1 is Tim Holtz. Sorry about that.** I might like to join group 3, but wanted to check with you first. I have swapped with you a few years ago. I don't remember if it was for a cookie recipe swap, or a card front swap or if it was a world paper doll swap I hosted. Maybe it was all of those? (The last 2 years I haven't swapped online at all due to moving and resettling my family.) I like completing swaps quickly and early, so I will definitely send them before the due date. I put together a quickie to see if this would work for group 3. Nothing is glued together yet, the twine needs to be trimmed, and the photo isn't great. (I'm horrible at close-up photography.) Is this enough lace or am I completely off track? Chiddy attached the following image(s):

Well, I finished my first group - now for the other 2. I've never done ATCs before, and am enjoying doing something new! JeanP, thanks so much for posting the link for some inspiration. I'll go check it out. Hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday!!!

I would love to join group 3 if you would have me.
But I have a couple of questions.
1. Group 3— Designer’s Choice Christmas Favorites—with ribbon, fibers and/or lace as part of your design do all 12 have to have the same. i.e. some have ribbon, some lace, but the design is the same.
2. For the base, can it be light chipboard, or does it have to be cardstock?

Thank you! Yeah Alicia!! and tehe ribbon and lace can be different as long as basic design is the same. If you choose to use light chipboard that would be fine. Welcome . If you have any other questions, just post them and I will answer. I will be gone most of tomorrow to a cardmaking workshop that JeanP and I are running at a DAR meeting--making cards for deployed soldiers. They left Fort Hood last Saturday evening for Kandahar.
