I love my cricut expression, however, i went to finish a project, and all the sudden when the cutting house moves to cut, the noise it makes is horrific. When it makes the cut, they are not accurate. whatever i am cutting comes out distorted and the measurements arent even close to what they should be. i tried getting a new blade and "resetting" the cricut however this did nothing. anyone else have this problem?

If you are where you can call customer service. I have always had good service with them. Usually the wait time isn't bad.

There is a red button behind the housing/carriage unit, have you tried resetting the red button?
