I was trying to cut from my gypsy and it will not work. I click on the cut button and it just returns to the main screen.
any one have any idea's? I removed it from my E2 thinking that may be the issue and it still goes right back to the main screen.

Did you update? That's another problem since the update. Try pressing "cut" on the E2 instead.
It might work.

I had to call Provo craft and they said they think it is either the cable or the port on the gypsy. I am unable to do any updates at all. I have the feeling it may be the port as my computer knows when it is the gypsy but It just wont do anything.They are sending me a new cord so we will see .

Hi I am no help but mine does that too and it also loses part of the images when I press cut or save my project. Not everytime though. Is it the update thing? If anyone can help!!!!
