I purchased a new laptop after our home had been burglarized and all of our electronics stolen.
I finally got DS working on Windows 7; however, when I try to activate the software it says that the serial # is already registered to another computer (the computer that was stolen).
How can I activate the software when I do not have the original computer that DS was activated on?
Please help!

Call PC! They can can deactivate the serial number for the old computer and then you can activate it on your new. My old computer crashed and they did it for me. They are so good that way!

I called the activate by phone number, but they are closed. I guess I'll try again tomorrow.
Is there a different number?
