My Cricut Expression 2 came with certain cartridges pre-loaded into the machine. For example, Cricut Alphabet. However, even with the machine hooked up to the computer, I can't link Cricut Alphabet to my list of cartridges. It tells me "Missing cartridge, please plug in Cricut Alphabet". This is really inconvenient when I'm flipping through "My Cartridges" as I plan a design and these images don't come up, so I end up forgetting that I have them. Help! :)

If you have just recently registered your E2 (or haven't registered it yet), that could be the reason. They do the updates on Thursdays, so if you registered on a Friday, you'd have to wait until the next Thursday to see the carts in CCR. If this is not the case, I would suggest you contact support. They should be able to assist you. HTH

i guess i will be making my daily call after all :( i was hoping to skip tomorrow. this machine, and more still pc, has been a nightmare! my machine was registered on 10/15, but 15 days later i can't still see the preinstalled cartridges.
