I want to buy a cricut machine for my aunt who has never used a cricut anything before. She is a quilter, and I wanted something so that she could cut out appliques, I have an expression 2 and it works great for this. I can't afford to get her the CE2 and they have the create refurb on sale right now. Options are Cricut Mini or Cricut Create. From what I undertand the Create can be used as a stand alone machine, whereas the mini has to be used with the internet and a computer. I have a create and love it!
