I already have a list on what do make/shop for ___E___.

HINT: She's not too far from me. Laugh

Love all the pics of everyone's trees. I have to share pics when we get back home. I am feeling miserable right now with my sore throat and head cold, thanks to all the pollen in the air. Kiko also has a cold. He's teething and miserable.

Good Day to everyone (its not morning any more) So. I took my little guy who has had a fever for 2 days, to the instacare this morning, and there is NOTHING wrong :( Why does he feel so miserable? he's sleeping now, so I'm going to try and finish up these cards for a card swap that is on Friday. But just had to check in. I'm sure when he wakes up i'll end up holding him the rest of the day cuz he wont let me put him down and wont get anything accomplished (he's 9 months)

Hope everyone is having a Great day. I have a SUPER busy week ahead of me. I cant wait till Saturday evening when it will all be over.

All my questions will be answered in my first post. its on page one like #18 or something, I can't remember...

My partner lives East of me!!!

Everyone has been sent a PM with SS assignments yesterday.

We just discovered that one PM is evidently defective so if the following gals do not have PM from me regarding your SS, please let me know ASAP.

Hello to both of my partners, if my partner is looking for my MQ
if you click on my avy you will see it listed on that page that
comes up. I haven't figured out yet how to put it beneath my avy.
How do you guys do that?
I will check back later to see if there is more info her from my
partner.
Re KM, I know she has problems with the internet and also some
serious health issues. She tries to get to the library often as
she's able to check in. I am sure she still will want to play tho.
I have an email addy I will pm to you for her Gwen.

Birdseye, I am sorry your son is fevered, has he had a vaccination
recently or could he be cutting a tooth? Both tend to cause fevers.
If it goes over 104 take him to the ER, at 107 brain damage can occur.
Sometimes children can go a little higher without probs but it's better
to be safe than sorry later.
Hugs
Kathy

If you edit the line where you write in your location...and put your MQ there as well as your state or city, then it will show up for us easier.

Here's the only picture I can find of our tree - sorry my daughter is blocking most of it - this was one of the pictures we used for our Christmas cards last year. The tree is decorated in mostly maroon and gold.

Here's my tree from a couple of years ago, it looks pretty much the same every year, with just a couple of new ornaments every year ... DH and DS says there are too many decorations on it ... DD and I don't understand the statement LOL LOL

As I am trying to come up with ideas on each item I have come up with questions..

Question -
Do you and your spouse have a date night and if so, do you have special place you like to go or do?

Even if you don't have date nights, do you have a special place or thin you like to do as a couple?

Do you have someplace special you like to spend with your spouse?

For those of you who are married, how many years have you been married?

For people like me, not married, do you have something you love to do? Maybe something you love?

For those of us in previous rounds, several people love Jon Bon Jovi and there are George Strait fans.

Do you have a favorite singer?

What is your favorite type of music?

Would you want to receive flowers made of trims/ribbons?

What color would you want your Ribbons/trims?

Would you want your ribbons/trims to be Christmas themed or solid colors to use through out the year?

Gift tags - would you prefer them to be made for Christmas, Birthday or name any other occassion?

I'm having a hard time keeping up with all the chatter this time...so little time. Flapper

Hi to to my SS and to the one that has me.... Big waves to all Smile Smile

To my SS that has me my answers to the questions is on page 1 post #12 Wink

Love the pictures of all the Christmas Trees. Will post one of mine later. Last year the girls and I really outdid ourselves with the decorations. My girls love Christmastime. I love Fall so I go all out for Thanksgiving and they really get into all the Christmas decor. My youngest daughter handmade snowflakes for all over the house last year...They were pretty amazing.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day...off to feed the kids and will check back later

~Rebecca

Last I talked with KM she was going to skip this round and take a break. Actually were both going to skip this round and you know how well that worked for me. LOL. I lost all my pics when my computer crashed a few months ago.

We have some nicer decorations now which I love, but my son and I have a had a yearly tradition. Money was super tight when he was young so we would go to the dollar store or equivalent to buy our Christmas decorations. We would laugh at how hideous some of the decorations were. we had just watched Rudolf and he had said it's like the island of misfit toys. So we decided that we needed to give some of them a home. So every year we find 5 hideous ornaments or decorations to add to the tree. People who don't know the tradition are polite when they see the tree and compliment it...then when we tell them the story they are relieved and then really get into looking at all the hilarious ornaments and decor. The tradition continues as everyone votes for the decoration that is the most hideous and that becomes the centerpiece for Christmas dinner. My favorite is the 70's disco mirror ballish christmas tree. Eventhough things have gotten financially better and we have some nicer decorations, this is still our favorite tradition.

Kel

Kelly,
that is a totally cool tradition. We go to a friend's house sometimes and she does a Good or Gross orniment exchange. It's totally a blast. I'm thinking of starting the tradition with DD and her friends for a little Christmas party.

Love the tree pictures. I'll try to get to the new questions tomorrow. I found out this cough that has been holding on is full blown Whooping Cough so I'm gonna take the perscription cough syrup and hopefully get a full night's sleep.

waving hi to my famous detective! I only wish I could figure you out! not necesarily who you are but just how you managed to find that old newspaper article! I just answered all the latest questions in my original post! I also made all of my answers in bold so it would be a little easier to see my answers! hope that helps! I think I best be for headed for bed now before I fall asleep sitting here! goodnight all and happy tuesday!
lets see if I can find a pic of one of my christmas trees!
I can't take credit for these trees! they are not really mine! I couldn't find any pics of my tree! every year my family and I go to what they call the festival of trees here and basically what it is is people donate trees and other things and decorations and time to raise money for a charity if I remember right it is for a childrens hospital here! they sell the trees and that money goes to the charity! but these are pictures of a few of my favorite trees from the festival! almost every tree has a story behind it! basically what inspired the people to decorate it in this way! alot of times the stories are sad but very touching! some have lost a loved one to age, a disease, or an accident of some kind or some are just affected by a dibilitating disease of some kind! it is so much fun to go to this big event center and look at all the pretty trees and read some of the touching stories behind the trees!

Melody PMd me...she's officially not playing this round.

So I'm in process of taking care of that matter - simple fix.

So bkylnborn (Jeri) is the only one we are waiting on to get her answers posted. She's opened my PM assigning her sister though. I just can't recall when she gets back to her home. I'm thinking this weekend, but I could be wrong.

Regarding the questions...

Assuming I haven't accidently missed any posted by you gals - there are now 30 questions.

It would be helpful to your SS if you would take a couple minutes to go look at your own answers and make sure you have all 30 questions listed and answered in your own post.

Thanks!!

Let's get the questions out of the way this week as much as possible cuz I'm gonna be busy working on a couple other swaps this weekend and next week. So I might not be as quick to keep up with the additional questions.
