I am a new Imagine owner and thought an Imagine Swap would be a fun way to get exposure to some cartridges! I hope I'm not the only one out there who things so.

I'll have two groups set up, one group for images, and one group for papers. The image group will be required to make 2 layered cuts, 3-5" (from the same cartridge) for each person in the group. The paper group will be required to cut 2 paper samples (from the same cartridge), in 4x6 size, for each person in the group. If you join the image and paper groups, your images and papers don't have to come from the same cartridge.

Place your images, or papers, into a bag (one bag per set) and label the bags with either PAPER or IMAGES, the CARTRIDGE TITLE, and your MB name. Include in your envelope either a SASE for me to return your cuts in, or a new address label (with your address on it) for me to reuse your envelope. Also include enough stamps for me to return your packages to you. Usually the cost of your shipping is three stamps more than it costs for you to mail to me. Use Delivery Confirmation when sending to me (and if you want return DC# include enough stamps-2 to cover that as well) and be sure to PM me the DC#.

All packages must be TO ME by 10-30. If I receive your cuts after 10-30 they will be returned to you, unswapped, at your own expense. Mandatory check in dates will be 9-28, 10-5, 10-12, and 10-26 (all cuts should be postal by then). Once your cuts have been received, you no longer need to check in.

Jen, I'll join you! My 'I' needs some exercise!! I will do something from THE GOOD OLD DAYS and paper from VINTAGE PAPERS. (I think that is the name of it!!)

Hope some more sign up for cartridges I don't have yet!!

Could you extend the deadline? I am gong to see DD and GD in California the 21st through the 30th. Would love to learn how to use mine. I have 3 cart- Hopscotch, Snow Angel & 2 more, but they're in the bottom of the box - oh, that makes 4 Might just put it on the kitchen table

I'll do both groups! I have Best Friends, Imagine More, Snow Angel, Blossom, Audrey, Ancestry, Mystical Garden, & Mr. Frosty.

And how long has this 'I' been in the box? LOL! You are too funny!!!

ok, a week isn't bad....I thought maybe it had been MONTHS!! LOL! I wish I would use mine more than I do, I love it, just don't think to use it I guess. And with it being as big as it is, you would think I would see it and remember to use it!!

I'm OK with extending the deadline if everyone else is OK with it.

So sorry for the delayed update. I am on vacation and just got the chance to check on everything.

The sign up list is fully updated. Just remember to post which cartridge your 2 images and 2 papers will be from. Feel free to list which images you will cut, but it is not necessary unless we get two people wanting to cut from the same cartridge.

I am going to X-Post this swap on the Imagine board to try and get some more people to sign up. Feel free to pass the link on to other Imagine users you know.

Ok. I need a clarification please :)

For images - two layered images? So choose two images, layer them to send (i.e. pop dot etc?) times however many people? The paper one I got. Just wanted to double check. Also, what's the due date to you? the 12th of Oct. or later?

I'd be happy to participate and leave the cartridge open as I have them all. I just think it'd be fun have some random images to create with to make some cards with etc. I'd be happy to use any of them that people would really like to have images from, or leave me as open until others sign up and see what cartridge/s people may not have had.

I do have Word of Mouth (love that one).. anyways.. doesn't matter which cartridge for me to cut from.. Once you close it, if there's one everyone is interested in, I'd be happy to do that one.

I see that all 10 spots are full but I would love to join in on this swap. I have Santa's Village and could do the snowman cut on pg 9 and Santa on 5. Plus I will do the paper group too page 42 right and 43 left.

I think this is a great idea because it gives a chance to see in person cuts from other carts.

Cool. The 30th works better for me. I'll do Word of Mouth for the Image. I'm thinking on the pattern. Any of you guys have any preference of a pattern one you want to see? Looking to see whats not on the list so far: Country Carnival / JT / Snapshot Nature/ Snapshot Texture / Wrapped Up / Heirloom / Floral Emplorium / Hey Diddle Diddle / Notebook Doodles / Greeting Cards / Teresa Collins..

Drawing a blank on the others that may not be on the sign up without them in front of me. Any requests? If there's a majority for one, then I'll just do that one.
