Count me in Rhonda. I actually stayed up all night last night working on these. lol They are addicting I tell ya. I have 3 strips already made for the swap and several more ideas for the other 2 strips. I also made some cute 2 x 3 tickets to use in Adens layouts and I made extras of the ones for this swap to go in 2 of my other swaps. Not to mention the strips I have cut out just waiting to be decorated. lol... Somebody stop me, I am going to bury myself in these things. Great idea for the swap Rhonda, I am going to PM you shortly on an idea I found on youtube for another swap to see if you would be interested in hosting it or give me pointers on how to do it myself. I'll shut up now I took my pain meds and they always make me chatty. lol Jackie

Bought the die this afternoon at Hobby Lobby with my 40% off coupon. I have an idea on how I want to alter these. I have another swap to complete first then I'm working on these.

I think the measurements are 1X10, scoring at every 2 inches. I also found another one that is 1X11 and its scored at 1/2, 2 1/2, 4 1/2, 6 1/2, 8 1/2, 10 1/5. That way you have a little tab thing on both ends. I hope this helps! I am going to cut my strips here in a few!

The swap hasn't offically started and we are already done. We should make this a monthly/bi-monthly swap for different holidays and or events. I had a so much fun making them. Jackie

Hello Ladies...
FOr those that want to do more than one set....YES..that would be fine...just let me know..and I'll but 2 by your name so we know you are sending 10 to me. Thanks...
***JUST Make sure your tickets are strong enough to support what you put on them!!!! I made the ones in the opening page of our thread...it was from chipboard...then cut 2 more strips in a blue for the front and a purple for the back. Glued them all together for a strong foundation to what is on them. I hope this makes sense????!!!!!
Adens_Nana...OMG girl..you are fast...I'm happy you enjoyed making them.
ScrapNbutterfly...Sure you can join...
Kiki....happy to have you with us too.
OHScrappyLady....WOW!!! That was quick.....sorry the house didn't get the attention...sometimes crafting is more important...lol
Laura....that is awesome that you have the die now too...and at a discount...even better!
Jess....thanks for posting the measurements....Such a doll to help out...
DeniseK....it's the perfect size for the Studio G stamps....great idea...
I'll add the new ladies to the list and then be back...
HUGS rhonda

I can't wait to play with these. I like the idea of layering them to make them sturdy! Great idea ! Cereal boxes work great! I use them for everything that needs a sturdy base. I even use them for my mini album pages now ! You are welcome on the measurements Rhonda! Glad to help!

I watched the video and love this idea! I may not get a chance to try making them until next week though. I'll give it a go and update my progress! Been lurking your swaps for months. Think I can finally handle this one. Seems good for my short attention span!

I'd love to join! I just made a strip of three for a project I am working on. These remind me of the domino swaps, except they are just made with paper! They go together fairly quickly. I love working in mini! I used to do the inchies and domino swaps. Don't seem to see them any more. Woohoo! Looking forward to doing these!
