Has anyone else noticed a huge delay in shipping stuff from the US to Canada? I have been noticing that stuff isn't arriving when it should be. Stuff that was mailed at the beginning on September still hasn't arrived yet. Anyone else having that problem? It is mighty weird if you ask me!

Has someone who ships to Canada (as you know) I have noticed it! I have had several emails asking me where their packages were. They did show up but they took there sweet time getting there? Could customs be short on help?

Yes! And not just from/to the USA. I sent a package of scrapbook stuff to my sister in the UK back in June and she received it this past Monday!! I think it went on a world cruise . Not sure if things are being held up in Customs, but it is very frustrating.

I placed an order with Terrikrafts and I received it in about 10 days. She's great. I haven't ordered from anyone else in the US lately so I'm not sure what delivery time normally is. I know that Terri is very quick and will be ordering from her again.

I have something to mail to someone in the US and I know it will take forever to get there if I mail it from Canada so I will mail it from Maine on monday and shouldn't take long for her to get it. I do know if I order stuff from a US company that I always have to pay for charges at Canada post for it, on top of my duty fee. Now I just have things shipped to a address in Maine and pick it up and pay at the border.

Yes, it has been slower. I do alot of US shopping (from Terri of course!!...LOL), and they arrive in about 10-16 days (max). Really depends on the border. One package was awol for an extra 8 days or so - it went elsewhere on a border vacation I knew it was stuck there, just not sure why. It must be busy time with scrappers goodies

I order from the USA all the time. I think it is just hit or miss both with the time to get here and with whatever the customs people do. This week I got 3 carts from the internet. I knew that because the total was over $100 I would have to pay but no. On the other hand I ordered the 3 Christmas minis from OMC the same day and have just rec'd an email to say they just shipped minus the thanksgiving cart whch they will send when they get it. But the kicker was they won't charge for shipping. Big of them since I already paid the shipping. Worse yet do they know we celebrate Thanksgiving at the begining of October. Beware of ever ordering from Xyron. I ordered a $28 purchase, paid about $10 for shipping then had to pay Fedex another $36 to get my stuff!!!! no bargain there. I have become much more patient over the years which is a good thing. Arlene

It usually takes around 10 days for me. I am waiting for something to come, it was shipped on the 20th so hopefully it will be here by the 30th.

I mailed 4 cards from Surrey, BC. 3 went to Ontario and 1 went to Holland. The one that went to Holland arrived before the ones going to Ontario. Something is wrong with that.
