Hi, I hate to admit this but I only use my Cricut Expression machine once a year. I am a very busy school teacher with two boys on the Autistic spectrum. I use my machine for scrapbooking but mostly for classroom signs. I purchased my machine in 2006. When I press the unload paper button it becomes jammed and I have to turn the machine off. Has this happened to anyone else? If so what can I do about this? Thanks
