I can not get my E2 to cut layers. I am trying to cut the prego test strip from the 9 months cart and it is not working. I have not used my cricut in several months and am wishing I had not tried to use it today. Any help would be greatly appreciated . Amy

I am having the same issue. I was cutting a cupcake image from sweet treats and when I went to cut the layers they didn't match up and my Real Dial Size wasn't on. Can anyone please let me know if I need to turn on/off another function?
