I just got my new mini. I have tryed to download drivers and the craftroom, now my mini will not power off.  Can some one please help me. Thanks Linda

I know that is frustrating, I was on the phone with provocraft for about 4 hours yesterday and still haven't got anything accomplished. I guess I am going to box mine up and send it back.  Someone is supposed to call me back today to see if we can get it fixed if not it is going to go back. I am exchanging it for another one and hope that will work. What are you doing about yours?
