When will you be addressing the multitude of questions you didn't get to from the last chat?

Nathan - Since we can't all be at the CHATS when you schedule them, how will we get to know what all transpires/is talked about. We would ALL like to be privy to what is talked about in these chats.
Will we be allowed to view the content after the CHAT? I hope so. I'm very interested, but I, for one, already have plans for that time that cannot be broken! These CHATS are very important, but not so important to break a golf outing. You see, we take an 86-year-old out for 18-holes every Tuesday (the only day she can get sitters for her DH who has been homebound for several years). This lady beats a lot of us 68-year-olds!! She was quite the champion in her day and still is. We wouldn't break her heart and tell her we had "other important things to do" than get her out of the house! LOL.
AND, I'm sure there are many other reasons that others can't be here, too!!
Char

Yeah, I lot has happened to the MB, we'll adjust. ANOTHER CHAT??? What about our last chat? wheres those ANSWERS?????? I don't really care about the MB and the mess its in, it can wait. I want to know more about the IMAGINE!!!!and what PC is going to do about the problems!!! Why is Ebay full of Imagines/Carts/inks super cheap?? Retailers aren't stocking them and online places aren't hardly carrying anything. Something is going on and as an owner of an Imagine I think I should know! I'm tired of waiting and it seems you and your team are dodgeing the question. When cars have a defect the dealership "recalls them" and fixes them. PC needs to recall the Imagine and FIX IT!!!!

If it's the same as the last "chat" it will just be a thread in this forum. You can go back and read it any time. (Unless they delete it at some point.) I certainly won't be staying up till 3:30am like I did last time. I'll just go read it when I get up.

Talk to you soon! ~Nathan Speaking of all the changes...We will muddle our way through like we always do with the changes that PC makes in order to fool us into thinking that they are fixing things. If enough people overload the call center and chat lines about the ridiculous route that has to be gone through to get to the message boards and the security code stupidity, you will eventually fix it and act like you're doing us a favor. If you think that project center even remotely stands in for the design teams quality you got rid of then you are all definitely off your rockers!!! What we all want to know is:#1 when will the questions from our last little "chat" be answered? #2 I just performed the Craft Room Update...I don't think I'm alone in wanting to REALLY know what was the point of that update!!!!!!!!! Putting a band-aid on the issue only makes it look better!A..... It didn't fix the CCR-Imagine issue-So my imagine is being shipped out today because the 151 update made it go bonkers but the PC rep says it's not their problem so HSN is sending it out to a repair facility that doesn't appear to be a PC repair facility. I'm hoping that I'll get my $500 back-I can buy one for $100 now-I can live with a $100 printer. B.....I did the update and picked the Mini machine-placed the airplane from Wall Decore & more on the mat and it instantly crashed and shut down. Great first impression...can't wait to see what else it won't do. I think it's time to face the fact that it was a good idea in theory, but it's time to realize what we on this end all know - the more PC "works" on it, the WORSE the problem gets. Since you can't fix it-RECALL IT!!!!!!!!!!! Freda

I just did the CCR update and knock wood it worked for me. I like a lot of the changes. Some I will need to get used to.
I like how it asks you what kind of paper you are using and then suggests what settings to put your machine at. I like that the objects on the overlay keyboard are bigger and you can make them even larger if you need to. I like that the mat layers are now shown as tabs above the virtual mat so you don't have to keep opening and closing that side menu. I like that the size default is down at the bottom now again so I don't have to keep opening and closing the side menu.
I so wish it worked for everyone.
Concerning the last chat and our questions (my opinion here) we have to remember like it or not if they don't have answers or fixes they don't have them.
I do hope they find the fixes for all of you still having issues with your machines because I understand you are frustrated. AND have every right to be.D- Edited by user Saturday, August 18, 2012 1:54:18 AM(UTC)

I agree that these changes really came out again leaving many questions and some upset on this MB, BUT we are still wanting answers from the first chat. Answers that were to be from Chat #2 that did not happen- to me- they are important. We want to know- not only to know whwre PC stands but because we were also promised that answers would be given. We only got a few and many more answered with the usual answer we have been getting, (we are working on it, we'll make a note of that, we are checking into it). I will say again I am a big PC person and Cricut person who loves my bugs. So please, please answer the questions we gave you. We are the ones supporting and buying PC's products. BJR.

I, and many others would like more information about this Community Reputation Score thing? What is the point of it? What is it based from? If it is based on how often you post, thank someone or someone thanks you, it is not an accurate "reputation score" if it just counts how often you post because it isn't based on the actual written comment. So if someone says something rude you still get a point for posting and whether mean or nice it improves your score? Just wondering. Also what does a community reputation score have to do with crafting?
Also there are still members who joined the circle on August 1st who cannot access the circle blog. Even though it is not being updated anymore shouldn't everyone who is in the circle have access to it? If indeed everyone started as a new member on August 1st joining the circle, shouldn't everyone have access to the exclusive images? I know the email sent out said that current circle members would have access to the exclusive images but didn't everyone start over on August 1st? Some clarification would be really nice and appreciated! Thanks, Kathy

The Circle blog was part of the old Circle "product" and not a part of the new Circle that started August 1. So, new members don't get access to it or the Circle magazine. The access to the digital images in CCR was a thank you to current Circle members as of 7/31 who also had a CCR account. It wasn't part of the new Circle. There is more info in the email that was sent to Circle members explaining all the changes. Edited by user Sunday, August 19, 2012 8:00:33 PM(UTC)

Thanks, scrapalette. Currently NO ONE can see the blog or magazines (well, I can't find them any more since the change).

I've logged into the blog like Beth without problems. Maybe you were trying to go to the blog through an old link or bookmark? I haven't tried the magazine, but will go see if I can find them.

I haven't tried the magazine, but will go see if I can find them. I can't find the blog or the magazine, either. I've been all over these menus. I thought we were supposed to get them for one month....the month of August. Maybe I'm wrong on that. Thanks. Char Edited by user Monday, August 20, 2012 10:38:13 AM(UTC)

I still can't login with my Android. The first thing I get is a message saying the security certificate is outdated, I click continue anyway, and then get a message that says the website can not be found. Please help with this problem, I love using my phone to stay up to date with the bug community!

I will not be able to be on the chat either but would like to know when the links to roll back the imagine to build 132 will be reposted so I can try and use my I with CCR?
Since we were asked what we thought, I will put in my 2 cents that the new MB colors remind me of a carnival or a circus. Sometimes it feels like PC thinks they are dealing with children not grown adults.
