Hi...my machine is not cutting through the paper properly...and it is set on (6). I though the blade might be dull and replaced it with a new one but it made no difference. I have to cut the same pattern 7 - 10 times and even then often have to use scissors and a blade knife afterwards.
Not sure what to try next, any suggestions. TY

Do you have the correct end of the blade inserted into the housing? (The pointy end goes inside).
If so, have you also changed the pressure dial to a higher number?
