Do you hook to cricut to update through computer or direct to computer. Have downloaded software and hooked to computer but no prompts . What am I doing wrong. Very newbe here. Thanks

To update your gypsy open the gypsy sync software
(after it opens)
connect your gypsy to the USB cord
turn on your gypsy
follow the prompts on screen
