I was at M's last night and my DD wanted some fun foam shapes. We have a lot of squares at home so I was wondering if I can cut them into shapes on my cricut? Thanks for the help.

I would think If we cut rubber stamp material, foam would be acceptable. Deep Blade at 6 cut twice and maybe a new blade so doesnt get the shavings maybe.

I used my regular blade and assembly, with a brand new blade. Also, I made sure the mat was very sticky (pretty new!). If you are cutting letters, you'll need to use your "flip" button because the rollers on your machine will leave marks on the fun foam. Otherwise, if you don't care if something is reversed, just cut without the flip button and turn your cut over so you don't have marks from the rollers.
These are the settings I used:
Fun Foam: Blade - 6 (new blade) Speed - med Pressure - max Use "Flip" if cutting letters Multi-Cut - 4
Hope this helps!

Hope this helps! Thanks for the exact settings. I am so excited. I just don't want to ruin my machine. Thanks, Candie

Definitely make sure you have the Deep Cut blade and housing! I tried with the regular blade and assembly and even on multi-cut it didn't cut all the way through!
