This is what someone posted on a facebook page and their experience when ordering....
I was excited to see that Jo-Anne's now ships to Canada, but BEWARE...just went to place an order...it was a small order, they wanted $10 to ship - which I thought was fine, but THEN they wanted $4.43 for "special handling"...I was still willing to go through with the purchase cuz it was things I can't get here AND everything was 40% off. THEN - on the FINAL SCREEN before I hit "confirm" - I notice that they added ANOTHER charge of $5.19 for "processing"... I cancelled the order. Sneaky buggers...total rip off.

and another asked on Jo-anns facebook about the charges and this is what they said... ...response from Jo-Anns about the processing fee..."The processing fee applies to orders shipping to provinces in Canada and includes taxes owed to federal and provincial authorities. -Kim @ Jo-Ann

Yep, I went and tried it too. Special fees are a joke. Shipping is fine. They charge approximately 9% for their "special fees". Then they have the kahonies to charge another 3% more for "handling fees". Bet you anything that they would still ding you at the border! Addicted to Rubber Stamps started doing than and look where they are now! Well, so much for sending it to Canada unless the buyer is willing to be hosed. I saw in June they had shipping to Canada on a lot of items. Some things r still worth it for me even with the handling charges. If it means duties and get are covered too. I love the dcwv seasonal stacks. We don't get those in Canada and I have always loved the Halloween ones. Maybe one day js will come to Canada.

I forgot to add that when i put a cricut cart in my shopping cart it said it can't ship this product to canada. WHAT?????
They won't be making money off canadians.
