As I have said before, when we did our last move(Air force) all my crafting things were stolen. Along with so much more. I have been re-buying and replacing things that were lost in my move and tonight I was in Rewards, putting in some of the codes that I have in my new boxes. I tried to add Songbird and it wouldn't let me! Reason: I added this cart before in 2010  This is the same cart, but its not the same one. The code is different, the numbers are different. I just picked this up today! Why should anyone have to be punished for buying the same cart twice!? I am going to a have A LOT of repeats in the next few weeks/months. Don't punish me, punish the ones who stole three huge crates from our shipment, I'm sure the Air Force would be happy for the help! Anyone ever run into this and if so how did you get around it?

I have ran into this and I am not sure if there is a way around it. I was reading somewhere, not sure where but you can only claim rewards for each cartridge once. I understand what you are saying. Try giving pc a call tomorrow or the company that runs the reward program.

my mom doesn't use her rewards . she gives them to me. if i already have them i pass them along to my friends. i wish there was a way around it
