I fell in love with freezer paper after making some of these- super easy to do! Put freezer paper shiny side up on mat. Cut out image- be sure to flip image. Iron on the background as a stencil and paint with fabric paint. When paint dries, just peel off freezer paper. Thanks for the great comments!

OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH So that's how you do it. I have been reading all these posts about freezer wrap T shirts and I thought to myself "How does putting a tshirt in the freezer help make a design???" NOW I understand. Thanks and that is a great outfit.
