Well DH said I could fix the spare room up. I want to get 2 cabinets with drawers not doors and put a counter top on top of it for a work. Does anyone know the best place and the best prices for this???? the jetmax cubes just do not seem wide enough. Thank you in advance for not gining DH a stroke cause I know someone will have the 411 here. I want to be able to put my cricut on one end and my imagine on the other.

Sometimes you can get lucky off a Craigslist. I bought my cabinets new there and added a Lowe's countertop. Good luck!

Ikea has some awesome desks that are great in size too. Have a look. My desk is 45" wide and 30" deep.

Ikea is the best place I found a desk top and 2 - 5 drawer cabinets for under 200.00 and I love it just the right height...

I bought kitchen cabinets from Lowe's. I have upper and lower cabinets. I had them cut some 3/4 inch MDF to my sizes and use them as counter tops. I painted them white.

I'd look at IKEA online and Lowe's, then go to craigslist to look for items that caught your attention. The Besta cabinets from IKEA are wide and deep. The Billy series is regular sized bookcases.. only 12" deep I think. Target and Walmart (usually better priced at Target) have the storage shelving units etc. too. I made a table out of a 9 cube one. Saw one on Amazon for like $400 and made one myself for about $70. :) hehe.. The cubes are nice as you can put the canvas things in them and so it hides whatever is inside. We're in the process of putting hardwood floor down in my 'she cave' as my husband calls it. Will have to put pics up when we're done. :)
