I have the digital Damask Decor cartridge, and I love the designs. I was playing with it to make some cards, thinking I might design the invitations for a bridal shower for my "God-given" daughter and niece-to-be (I only have sons, so when my nephew and godson announced his engagement last month, I leapt at the chance to call her my "God-given daughter"!). Anyway, I followed the directions for the sample project in the handbook, and using the sample cuts, the project turned out exactly right. However, when I used the same directions and dimensions to use another design, the card was too large for the envelope.

Has anyone else had similar issues, and how did you match the card size and envelope size? Or is it something I've done?
