Not sure what to do... my friend's E does not cut clean images. When I use a font cart or cut a circle it doesn't cut exact. The circle has a tail...or as it cuts around it doesn't meet up where it started. When i cut a P or R the inside piece is goofey and not clean and crisp.
Also we have put a new blade, checked and changed pressure, speed and blade depth. Is this a defective cricut or can it be fixed? Mine has no issues like this so im not sure what to do.
