It's been awhile since I pulled out my machine... Because of life, I just haven't had the time. Anyway, my husband wants me to cut a few quotes for his classroom. Can my original cut vinyl? Is there a basic tutorial on how to cut vinyl?

I am assuming by "original" you mean the Baby Bug with the 6x12 mat? Yes it will cut vinyl. Here is a link to My Pink Stamper. She has a lot of great instructional videos. You could look around on her site or even youtube.com for other people who have made videos. (I searched for "cutting vinyl with the cricut"). www.mypinkstamper.com, choose the videos and project button. Click on see my list of videos. Go to episode 216. I would definetely use transfer tape after you finish the cut and use a sharp cutting blade. It will make you life easier! Hope this is helpful.
