Reward - Anyone having trouble logging in under Circle

I've tried throughout the day to view rewards carts available to circle members. I checked yesterday and the site worked fine. Today, when I sign in, I'm not getting in as a Circle Member, therefor none of the exclusive carts are available.
Anyone else having this problem?

I am new to cricut circle and I had no idea there was a special login for circle members. Can you please explain how I go about doing that?

Contact Cricut. You will need your circle member number; they will open site to you while on phone.
