I used the New Testament Cartridge to create these stick puppets for use in a retelling station for literacy workstations. what a great idea, would work with any image. fun for preschoolers, elementary, etc. or just rainy day activity for any youngsters.

My thoughts exactly! I will be cutting out 3 bears of different sizes tomorrow and a little girl :-) Will make up some chairs, etc. as I can - Retelling of Goldilocks - Will also do a bunch of the Animal Kingdom heads... If anyone has any idea of children's stories that I could use, let me know! I already have finger puppets for Little Red Riding Hood and The 3 Little Pigs. These stick puppets can be used in the puppet station and as an alternative to all the expensive Folksmanis Puppets (ultimately I'd like some of these too but at the price they are...) I've also posted some more pictures of the puppets (NOTE: Shepherds appear to be on vacation - they skipped out on the party) These were really fun to make! rebeccawall60e29d9a attached the following image(s):
