I can be cutting some, not all, designs and my Cricut will freeze up. I have tried changing USB cords, tried plugging the cord in different ports, to no avail. Do you have any suggestions? (I didn't have any of these problems when I was using my laptop; they didn't start until I had to start using my desktop which runs Windows Vista.)
Also, how do I find out what firmware version I am using and if needed, how do I update it? I tried downloading the trial version of Design Studio but it would not work on my computer.
