Has anyone had problems with their E2 not reading some of their cartridges? They'll work on the regular Expression, but not on my E2. Sometimes I can't see the cartridge at all, and sometimes I can see the images, but when I try to select one it goes back to the home screen.

I cant get my botanicals cart to work in the E2,just keep getting a error 3 message but it works fine in the imagine and via the gypsy.I have been advised to troubleshoot but hav'nt got around to it yet.Have you done the latest update?It seems to have caused a few problems for a lot of people and we are waiting for a fix.

You can try troubleshooting by connecting your E2 to your computer, open C Sync, select help, troubleshoot and answer yes, yes, yes. Let us know the outcome.

Remember that PC does not want us to reformat the E2 but answering yes, yes, yes should work. Let us know the outcome.

I phoned and they had me reformat it. I still have one cartridge that doesn't work (Animal Kingdom), but she told me that it was a known problem. Hopefully I don't want to cut out any animals in the near future. I guess I shouldn't have gotten rid of my Expression.

Does anyone know when this will be fixed?...all of my other cartridges work except Animal Kingdom....

Sheri, yes the Animal Kingdom cartridge is a known issue with E2, Gypsy and Imagine. We do not have an estimated time frame for when the fix will be available. CricutTanja
