My Gyspy went on a long trip. Back on Sept 1 I called PC because I was having some problems with my G. Matt tried everything he could to get it fixed and they couldn't fix it so I had to send it in. Matt sent me a shipping label and told me the turn around time is usually about 2 weeks. I called to check on it last week and they said to call back this week to get the tracking number. Well I called yesterday and they said that THEY   do not have any Gypsys and won't get them till next week or they week after! It is their product how can they not have any. That means once they get them and chance over my serial number, then another week for shipping it could be another two weeks before I have it back. Yes, it is their product, but it's manufactured in China.
