I have never used vinyl, but after seeing some of the creations here, I want to try it... Do you need to use the deep cut blade??? What settings work best??? Any other tips?? I'm sure this is all posted somewhere, but I'm lazy Flapper . I asked in the vinyl forum, but got no response.Crying

You don't need the deep cut blade for vinyl. I usually set my pressure on medium and blade at 2, and that works quite well. Have fun!

Vinyl is really fun to work with! In fact, I am about to order more so I can get started on Christmas Presents!

I am a visual learner so I just watched a couple of vinyl videos on Youtube and got great info!

Beware: Vinyl is addicting!!

Like the others said you don't need the deep cut. There are a few different types of vinyl out there. I would play with the settings. If you set them to high then they tear the vinyl rather than cut it. If you set them too low, it won't cut all the way through.. Do a couple test cuts and see which one works best!!
