Not sure where to ask this question on this board. Do we cut the envelopes on Just Because the same way as Wild Card? Meaning cut the envelope first to know what size to cut the card so it will fit the envelope.

yes that's what I do too...because so many fit for so many cards but they are not all put together the same way so they may take up more or less room on the mat which would mess witht he sizes...not sure that made any sense
