CONGRATS TO TIARAMOORE!!  Well, I was very close to my 2nd bughead when PC announced the new MB. It is sad that we all had to lose our very well earned "Status" on the board. I dont like it, but well, whatever... I posted and posted and posted to reach that 5001 and get my 2nd bughead. Im glad that I got it done before they "closed" the other board. As a celebration I would like to do a little RAK. As a WAHOO and a farewell to the old board. So... lets see.... to enter.... tell me... 1. What will you miss about the other board? 2. What are you enjoying about the new board so far? Not sure yet what the RAK will be, but trust it will be a nice one GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! 1. What will you miss about the other board? Wow...well I miss our status, I miss getting notifications all the time (not only once in a while) I miss being able to read the post/PM in my email notiications (I did this on my phone all the time), I miss the way you PM on the old board (the pop up window), I miss my signature  , I miss the Cartridge threads....but mostly the status and my siggy Oh...and I miss not having to log in every darn time I visit the board...that is REALLY ticking me off! 2. What are you enjoying about the new board so far? I love that its quick, and that it resizes your photos. Thats about it

Julie..... I agree! When I get online (especially from work), I scan my emails for messages and read my PMs from there. Any that I need to respond to ASAP I login and do it, others I wait until I login. I HATE that I cant read the PMs in my email. It defeats the purpose of getting PM notifications. I also miss my buddy list

1. What will you miss about the other board? I miss my signature! mine wasn't anything fancy but it always had my mq in it! I miss the buddy list so that you know exactly who is online! so if you are wanting to chat with someone via pm then you at least knew they were online before trying to pm them! I also hate having to login every time you visit the board! I always had the other one keep me logged in!
2. What are you enjoying about the new board so far? I like the speed! I like the way you can post a pic within a thread straight from your pc vs having to use a photo site! much faster and easier! I was not able to use this pic for my avatar on the old board! always got error messages even after changing the size! with the new board I was able to use my favorite pic as my avatar!
congrats on the second bughead! at least you were able to reach your goal before the old message board went away!

I will miss the status, and when I would go to page 3 on a board (or Today's messages, etc), click on a message, and click "Back" it would go back to page 3. This one, for some reason, always spits me back to page one so I have to scroll through again. I will also miss the email notifications having the text in the email message, and the title of the post in the email subject line.
I like that you can see previous posts when you're responding, the speed, the ease of attaching multiple photos from my computer.
Congrats on the (now phantom) bughead #2!! Thanks for the RAK, that's so nice of you.

1. What will you miss about the other board? I miss the bughead count, the signature, and having to repost on the master questionaire... i loved how you got to scroll to a particular person, and voile-> their lists were there, signing in all the time 2. Ok, so, what I miss about the old board, pretty much everything!!!!! I Loved getting email alerts so I could keep updated on my phone, I miss being automatically logged in when I come onto the board, I miss my bughead, I miss everything. Probably mostly because I was used to it and it was familiar, my home away from home.
This new board, pretty much the only thing that I like is the speed. it is much faster than the old board. I am sure it is just going to take some getting used to, just like most things. I fear change, oh well, guess we will just have to work together to get through the big change!!!!

What do I miss from the old mb? where do I start? I like feeling comfortable there, like I am home in my big comfy easy chair! I miss the buddy list so I know if my friends are around. I miss knowing what I am doing!! 'My Subscriptions' made more sense there. And I really will miss the threads for each cartridge. I don't like having to log in every time I go idol for any length of time.
What do I like about the new board? the smiley faces?

Congrats!
I miss being able to read our PMs in our emails, coming back to the page I was on instead of having to scroll thru each page again, and being able to buy/sell on the board.
I like the speed and the cricut smileys!

I will miss, at least as of now, the having to type in my email and password all the time..this board does not remember me for long  I like the speed on this new board.

What do I miss from the other board? Hmm everything!!! Including the email notifications I would get on my phone. (by the way it was going off like crazy when Nancy was trying to get her bug head! My husband came and asked me "whos blowing up your phone?", Which I just said "Oh thats Nancy trying to get her second bug head!", I got a very weird look as he walked away! ) I also like being able to tellthe oldies from the newbies. What I like about this board? The speed for now

Congrats on your bughead, you can wear it proudly....at least for a couple more days. What do I miss from the other board? The familiarity of knowing how to navigate through it. What I like about this board? The speed and the cursing bug!

YAY NANCY!!!! You got your second Bughead....Congratulations!!! I knew you could do it!
Hmmm...what am I going to miss??? EVERYTHING!!! Like others, I don't adapt well to change! I'm going to miss NOT being suspended if I post too quickly, my angry red faced smiley, the Cricut green background (Not the depressing one of the new board), receiving email notifications where I can actually view what was written, and being able to stay logged in all day while I come and go.....
What do I like about thenew board??? NOT MUCH, haha, but hopefully it will grow on me! I do like the speed, but I'm sure that's not going to last very much longer after October 1. I also like the blog-button and maybe most of all, the cursing smiley face (although I still miss the red faced one more).
Here's to change (begrudgingly) and hoping the transition is a smooth one! Enjoy your second bughead while you can....it'll be a journey til we see some on the new board...if we ever do!

CONGRATS ON YOUR 2ND BUGHEAD! 1) a)I am going to miss my 1st bughead and on my way to number 2. b)I also will miss my buddy list and being able to ready my pm's on my email from my phone. c)I really miss the cartridge threads but I have read that they are still adding to this board so hopefully they add that back. d) my subscription list *I wont miss the slowness. LOL* 2)I love the speed of this board and that it resizes your pictures. It still has a few quirks but hopefully everything gets fixed... Thank you for the chance at winning. Congrats on your Bug Head What I am going to miss most about the old board~ That I could stay logged in all the time! What I like most about this board so far~ That I can FINALLY see more than just the past 1 day of posts!! On the old board no matter how hard I tried and how many times I changed the setting it would only show me the things that had been posted within the past day! 1. What will you miss about the other board? I miss the link that let me view just the links I had posted too. I cant' find all my swaps now.
I also miss my status, I too was trying to reach that 5000 mark, even though I was about 700 off, I was still trying. I miss the buddy list too. I miss not being logged in everytime I come to the site

Congratulations on your 2nd bughead! I was so looking forward to my first...  1. I miss alot! I miss our status, miss being logged in all of the time, miss getting notifications with the content. 1. I miss the seperate forums for the cartridges. I always went there first when I was looking for ideas! Hope they get moved over. Also wish they fix the login issue soon!
2. Love the speed of the new board.

I miss the BUDDY LIST and the notifications the most from the other board :(

NANCY....CONGRATS :) You are one awesome chic!!! Congrats on the 2nd bug....now to the RAK hmmmm, I really miss recognizing all my friends on the old board and not having to sign in all the time. As for the new board---the truth is I don't like it AT ALL, BUTTTTT if you want me to be all positive, I guess I'll say the cute bugs.  Congrats again Nancy!!
