Hello, I have been a cricut user for years but new to the imagine. I am having trouble lining it up and I am going thru the suggestions and so far unable to fix. For some reason my imagine will not print black. I have changed the ink twice thinking maybe it was the ink and the black is a bluish gray? Can anyone help me please. Thanks

This defo sounds like an ink problem. I had a post on here some weeks back and you may find it 2 or 3 pages on and I had the same problem. I had barely used by imagine and my black ink levels were showing ok but it was printing bluey/grey and not black. I ordered another ink and it solved the problem. Adele on here told me that sometimes you can have faulty ink cartridges and also they can either dry up quickly or be out of date, apparently a problem with HP inks. I would try ordering another ink and trying that and if that doesnt work, then to contact support, but I reckon this will solve it as it sounds exactly the same as my problem. Good luck

I know this is late, but I was experiencing the same problem today and I read where you clean the ink heads, I did it 6 times and now it is working properly.
