Ok so I just got my kits and they have a backing stuck to them. I looked at a bunch of tutorials and don't see them on other peoples but not sure if I'm supposed to take it off cause its sticky behind it. There are NO directions and I may have already ruined it trying to take it off. Does anyone know?.

Hi, Jayetta! Welcome to the message board! I am not really sure what sticky back you are talking about. However, if it is the white foam backing on the thin metal...yes, you have made an Uh-Oh!! These dies are very thin and designed to be used with the 13 inch Plates. You will need to use an A plate, C plate, die, paper, and B plate. I think this is the only Cuttlebug die that I recall where you use the C plate. I could be mistaken, so someone correct me if I am wrong. Thanks so much for the reply... yes an uh oh for sure..... When I looked at the directions on the back of the box it looked like just the metal and so did all the videos... I didn't see the foam on the backs at all...:(

I did the same thing on my first dies. I was able to restick mine , think I used glue. Hopefully you can do the same thing.

unfortunately it stretched too bad as I was removing it and it wont go back on right :( I've had the cuttlebug for awhile now but only did embossing with it as I have the cricut for cutting but I couldn't resist these quilling kits....wishing I had just stuck with the cricut for cutting :(
