Looking for good tips/advice. Each time I load my mat and prepare to cut; the design or letters tend to bunch up all the time. I have frozen the fondant before cutting hoping this would resolve, but no luck. Any ideas?

2 things is your fondant to thick or is it extending beyond the lines on the mat thus having the rollers roll over it.
