 DETAILS FOR OCTOBER 31st CARTRIDGE GIVE-AWAY ARE ON MY BLOG!  Today is the last day of the Fall Frolic over at Crop Stop and you still have a chance to enter your projects in the wide range of challenges. I got to pick the Bonus Challenge for today, so be sure to head over to Crop Stop and check it out! It seems all I wanted to do last night was make a Halloween card and I really had no ideas in my head. I kept envisioning Donna's awesome luminaria card and so I took the inspiration and ran with it! I cut a few images out in black cardstock and then just HAD TO play with my new IMAGINE! Now let's see.... I think the background label-looking thingy may have been from the stock images that are pre-loaded on the Imagine. The pattern as well as the color for the shutters and moon were all cut on the I. The witch, cat and skull corner flourish were done on the Expression. Lot's of noise last night in the craft room! LOL! All of the custs with the exception of the label background, are from the October 31st cartridge. I used a piece of vellum behind the shuttered window and in front of the black cat. The yellow cardstock I just cut by hand. I used some Distress Ink on the Moon and a little bit of white ink on the witch (although you really can't see it well in the photo). The sentiment is a rub-on and the silver brad, which I've had for 3 years is by Around the Bloc

I am happy for you and the other new Imagine owners. Just wondering if the new Imagine owners have the Expression do you plan to keep the Expression or get rid of it??

I think this is one of my most favorite Halloween cards I have seen so far!!! Love how you mixed media with imagine and expression!!! My imagine is on backorder and seeing cards done with it make me want it to get here faster!!! Nice combination of dark and spooky and bright.
