I have bought a new Cricut Cake Personal Cutting Machine and unfortunately have not been able to use my machine because the Cake Basics cartridge was missing from the box! I have been trying desperately to have this resolved by contacting the seller (eBay) who claims the machine was shipped direct from the manufacturer and therefore not responsible. I have contacted Cricut support who are saying the seller is not an authorized reseller! So I have a machine that I cannot use....!!
Anyone had this problem; and how did you solve it. I am very disappointed in the responses I am getting from both parties. I registered my machine thinking that would help but to no avail.
I was so looking forward to trying out my machine so I am very disappointed in the way this matter is being handled.
