Hi,
I'm new to the cricut and recently bought a machiene and have read in people's comments that they receive rewards. Do all cricut cartridges come with rewards? I recently bought Pooh Font and it didn't come with any rewards inside.
Does anyone know?

Ashley Ashley.....select the rewards tab in the upper right hand corner. Once there you can select "How to Earn Points." I believe in that listing it will tell you what you carts are worth. It says if the cart is not listed it is not eligible. HTH  Denise

Thanks! I just checked that list and it looks like the cart i bought is on the list. Hm, I wonder why I didn't get a rewards certificate with it. Is it Pooh Font or Pooh and Friends? According to that list it states that you should receive 100 points for Pooh Font or Pooh and Friends. If you purchased new....you should contact them.

Just email the rewards program though the site and they will get you the points. I have had to do this before (actually for pooh friends too) I believe they will just request the serial number off the back of the cartridge, where and when you bought the cartridge and they will email you a new rewards certificate number for you to enter. I have normally gotten my number to enter with in 1 working day. They are helpful.

I also had bought a cart that didn't have the reward points in box and it was on the list. I called customer service and they were able to give me the reward point numbers right away.

In the past, I had two carts that did not come with the certificate :( . Can't remember which carts those were.

If the cartridge is a very old one, before 2008, I think, it may not have reward points.

Does anyone know any easy way to check the rewards chart or another way> The print is so small and they are not in alphabetical order. Grrrr

Grrrr You can search the list by pressing "Ctrl" and "letter f" this will allow you to find the cart based on a key word. For instance you can search birthday and it will pull up all the birthday Carts that qualify for reward.

A search box will appear where you type in what your looking for and then click enter. If it comes up then you get rewards, if it doesn't appear than its not applicable. Hope this helps!
