Hello
I hope that someone can give me some advice on my cutting problem.
I bought the black create in the middle of Feburary this year. I Have tried it about 3 times since, so am a newbie at cutting.
Today I set the machine up to do some cutting but find that for some reason all that I am getting is an outline impression and not a proper cut. I am using cordination cardstock as I believe that is the best material for this machine.
I have checked the blade (and changed it) checked that the blade is properly situated in the housing unit, but it hasn't made any difference. To me the housing doesn't to go low enough over the cardstock to be able to cut. I have spent a number of hours trying to sort this out and hopefully someone will be able to advise me on this problem before I end up throwing something at it.

Hi Have you checked the pressure dial is on high?
