My Rewards are gone and also the old board says read only and it is not Oct 1st!

Hi, I was just on the old board and it shows I have no rewards! I have never even used any of them in two and a half years!
Also I just went back in and it says Read Only. I thought that was not supposed to start until October 1st??
What is going on please?

Thanks! Barb you can stil post on the other board. I think they are just getting things ready for October 1st did you log out of rewards and log back in? did you try to go to the rewards without going to the old board www.cricutrewards.com

I just checked on mine....
They are still there.
So, go back and recheck...
and if they're aren't there.
I'd call PROVO CRAFT and see if they can figure it out.

Thanks! Barb I hope your rewards are there today. They have already taken away the ability to make new posts on the other board. You might be able to reply to exiisting posts. HTH

Were you able to get your rewards back? I would call ProvoCraft. The rewards are supposed to be separate from the Message Board. I do hope you get them back. Keep us updated.

I just checked on my rewards also, and they are still there (although the list of available rewards is even smaller than last week - but that's a topic for another thread). It sounds like a problem either with your login or your account, which I bet PC can fix for you. I would give them a call on Monday. Hang in there! I'm sure all is well.

Char I went over to look and it shows names of people view the old MB so I think some can still sign in... hmm.. Thats odd..

You can sign in and read but you can no longer post I believe. They bumped that up to read only sooner than Oct. 1 due to some "issues" I gather.
