Made this card for my brother and his wife, they have become parents for a second time to another bouncing baby girl. Used a card topper from Mo Manning collection, then cut out a few dies (leaf swirl; heart doily; a fence and a circle frame. Added lace, ribbon weaved this through the fence and made a bow, buttons (shoes, rabbit and butterfly), flowers, and pearls. I designed the insert by taking a photo of this card and altering it within craft artist. Hope you like it...
