I have SCAL2 and I love it!!! I just purchased the Mini so I can link to Craftroom, but from what I am hearing the Gypsy won't work with it and I have all my carts on my Gypsy. Don't know if I'll keep it if that does not work. I don't want to change by Expression as I don't want to lose access to svg files. If you need more info check out svgcuts.com, Leo has some great info and videos.

Debbie Hi Debbie. I too have SCAL and love it. I use it in my regular expression. But to what you said about the mini. It does work with the Gypsy, if that is what you were referring to. Stacy

3rd party software discussion isn't allowed on PC's MB. You might try the MB for those products.

Sure Cuts a Lot is no longer available for the Cricut - you cannot purchase the software anymore.
I have seen it sell on eBay for some crazy prices - but I would caution against going that route. The SCAL software is not transferable. For what I have seen a few of them sell for, you could purchase a different brand of cutter and the SCAL3 software for .svg and font cuts, and use your Cricut for just the cartridge and/or Cricut Craft Room cuts.

Love my Mini..it cuts beautiful and is small and easy to transport..I can cut with gypsy and CCR with it.
Great for taking to crops as it's so lite.
