 Now that I'm finally registered, I cant get passed the intial page. How the heck do you get started ? where is the design tool page ? Seems like customer service is always closed when I finally have time to sit and work with this thing. Carla

You probably need to create a cricut.com profile so you can access the page. Try going to the cricut craft room forum for more help.
