Hi everyone, wanted to try putting vinyl on canvas. I used Stretch your imagination and printing press for the cartridges. I painted the canvas and then aplied the vinyl. I have hung these in my area where I do my crafting. thanks for looking Krista Bakken attached the following image(s):

Wow Krista - they are great. What a wonderful idea too. I have to decorate my girls bedrooms later in the year - this type of thing would be awesome for accents for their rooms.
Thank you.

I have been wanting to try this too. Did you use the iron-on vinyl?

TFS! They are so cute! I have a question about the color on the canvas. You have achieved a look of lighter and darker shades of green. Very pretty! How did you achieve that flow/integration of colors? Did you spray them or paint them? If they were handpainted did you use brushes or foam brushes?

Hi I did hand paint them I used a 1/2" wide paint brush. I painted the green first and let it dry. then I lightly painted the white over top of the green ( i think it is called glazing) i added some water to the white so it wasn't so thick going on. I found how to do it on u-tube. If i found that the white was to chunky looking i painted green over top to blend it better. I hope that helped.

Very nice. I purchased all the supplies I needed 6 months ago to do this. Maybe seeing yours is the push I needed.
