 Just bought the alphabet letters "Songbird" how do I use this??? I thought ok, there's a positive and a negative so I have to sandwich them...WRONG! They fly out of the Cuttlebug! Then I tried to only use the negative....WRONG I "squished" the letter to the point of breaking! There were no specific instructions, so I just did what I would have done with the others...Makes me want to return the dumb thing! I would have thought they would have been mini envelopes...not real happy with this product. Anyone else have this? What am I doing wrong? Thanks!!

Is songbird the letter press emobossing. YouTube does have some tutorials on how to use the cuttlebug for the letter press embossing. Here's one link that will take you to others. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9keiA7vMxUI hope that helps. Mary
