Hi everyone- I'm in the middle of a cake project and suddenly now my blade keeps sliding out of the housing and drags across my images. I haven't been able to cut anything in over an hour without issues. It's not a thickness issue, I was using the recommended 1/8 for days. I even went to 1/16th and still having issues. I'm using gum paste. I've tired freezing it. adding less Crisco, more Crisco. Washed everything, three times. Anyone experience this before?
