I am also having problems accessing the craft room to cut the projects I designed through the web connection. I have talked with PC support. They suggested I contact my Anti virus company, Avast, to add exceptions to firewall. I did that, the exceptions were already there, but I still can't access the craft room on my computer. I am very frustrated because with the Mini, which is my first Cricut machine (and my last if this keeps up) you have to be able to access the craft room.

To sum it up, after CCR is on your computer, do not sign in to CCR as you are going to open CCR while the Mini is on and connected to your computer and follow the prompts but click the below link. Read the directions prior to starting. Let us know the outcome. http://www.cricut.com/cr...m%20Drivers%20PDF_v3.pdf

When PC told you to reinstall, I am sure they meant to unistall and then reinstall CCR. :) Anywho, glad that you got it to work and now you are enjoying your Mini and CCR. Enjoy! :)

Ok my frustration level is over the top! I have been having the same issue with the firmware updates. I go to the update and download it and it shows successful completion, but still will not allow me to print. The update screen continues to pop up. I too have gone over this several times, following the instructions each time, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the application. This has been going on for the past three days! Can anyone help me with this issue?

Can anyone help me with this issue? Is your power switch blinking red? If so I'm having the same problem & can't cut anything out? I'm calling the cricut people Monday to see if they can help me. I'll let you know if they fix my problem.

You have to download an older working of CCR. http://main.cricut.com/c...ind=lastpost#post1461982
