On several cartridges there are a bunch of buttons to the left of the characters. One might say shift or shadow. It's the book that I don't understand

I've never seen a cartridge overlay that has a "Book" button on it. Could you name a cartridge or two that has/have that button on the overlay?

I have seen it but can't find it now. However Old West has board on it? What does that mean? It is in the whole book.

its just the name of what the main thing is ie book on the locker talk lets you create book covers/pages while Board on the old west describes what font it is
