I have the original cricut and cannot get the craft room to work when i try to log in it does nothing i have been trying for days and have even emailed support and have not recieved an answer can some one please help i have cricut v1.31

Sorry I just saw this. You need to update your machine using Design Studio. Download the trial version and use it to update. Do not use CCR to update your machine.

Thanks so much for the help i have downloaded ds and updated my cricut but still cannot get any farther than the sign in page it just will not go any father
