Help I also tried downloading my cake Mini worked for a about half hour updated formware, now I have no VDU screen just a load of black and yellow lines squares etc. any suggestions please tried what you said about red button etc. didn't work. Loved it before wish I had never tried to use via computer supposed to be doing a 21st birthday cake this week, hope you can help me.
